Goody aftersales service
The aftersale service that I received was amazing. The company understood that people pay for usage of the appliance and if it stops working, it inconveniences them hence they made a plan to replace the equipment quickly. Nicki deserves a shoutout.

After sale service that will leave you without a working machine
We bought many Swan dishwashers. Most of them gave problems from the outset. The manufacturer did not honor the guarantee terms and started charging call out fees albeit when it was clear the dishwashers was malfunctioning one after the other. Please avoid them when considering after sale service, or just trying to ensure your dishwasher works. Problems have still not been resolved.

Swan is a crow
Never ever buy their products. After sales service is non existent. Have contacted them many times for spare part. They claim to have it but does not respond to communications. Was lucky to source part from another company.
