Warranty woes
Taking a 7 month old laptop into a local repair store to replace the keyboard invalidates the warranty, who would have thunk.
I should have stayed far away from 'refurbished'

20 May 2026, 08:55Hi Ryan. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that having a device assessed or upgraded by a third party does not automatically void your entire warranty with us. Our policy simply states that we cannot cover third-party supplied parts or any secondary damage caused by external repair work.
