POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased 2 pairs of boots online. One pair is not suitable. I contacted the call centre and was told to send an email. Four emails later no response.

I phoned on 14.8.2018 at 830am to complain. Online replied they will call be back in 5 minutes, 2 hours later still no response.

This is definitely the worst online retailer.
