Disrespectful and arrogant "Lawyer"

A one-star rating is far too generous for STBB. I recently had them handle a property transfer. Their approach is strictly transactional. Once they secure their fees, client care drops to zero.

Dealing with Inge Johnson was a distinctly negative experience. She routinely ignores emails and operates with a shocking level of arrogance. Her tone over the phone was entirely dismissive. It has been years since a professional service provider spoke to me with such blatant disrespect.

I will never engage this firm again. Please everyone look elsewhere. They are highly efficient at extracting payment but entirely incapable of delivering basic service.
