@spoil_yourself_hair_and_beauty Thank you for the treatment I received today After been told to come to your store for a refund....and be told I will not be refunded...you'll called the cops...to remove me frm the property...to get there and back home was cost to me of R100...money that I work hard for not for you'll to make me waste on you'll was the R345 not enough? Nails that lasted 5 days costed me R345...absolutely DISGUSTING service ! And the best part about all this was I asked the lady doing my nails Faith how long my nails will last me and was advised 3 weeks...ladies I'm sure you all know how long a set of nails are supposed to last...if I am being unreasonable please let me know.....but frm my POV Spoil Yourself Hair And Beauty I'm not the 1st customer they have treated this way on Hello Peter no reply back on FB no reply back....on iG no reply back....customers are being ripped off and no one is doing anything about it.Im sorry I will not sit back and get taken advantage of I work hard and I don't expect incompetence and lack of service treat me like ****.

I had a friend down for the UK on holiday and decided to book a 2 hour treatment for 2 couples at the Spa. I have used the facilities a number of times n have to say this is the last time i will be using them. After calling and confirming the treatment was for 2 couples i went on further to WhatsApp their office number to confirm the booking for 2 couples. We get to the place only to be told that it was booked for 2 people only!!!. I requested to speak to the manager, and was informed she was not available. After Enquiring with the lady at the front desk for the managers number i was given the office cell number (which i dialled only to be have one of the nail technicians sitting right in front of us with the office cell). When the lady at the front desk/ receptionist was questioned for the managers number i was told they do not have it and have no way of getting into contact with her.. Clearly that was a lie. The lady at the front desk (its a pity i do not have her name) made no attempt to accommodate us with another time slot or finding a solution to the problem, instead i was given a dumb founded look, and told there is nothing that can be done. We then left as the dumb struck and unhelpful look was getting more intense as we continued to ask questions. Eventually we managed to get the owner’s contact details(Michelle), from google search, whom was just as unhelpful and made no attempt to rectify the situation. The staff are incapable of booking appointments and have very little to no training. This was evident when a simple instruction, as follows, could not be booked down correctly: “Hi jus to confirm my appointment for 2pm for 2 couples for the special 2hr treatment”. It’s amazing that we want the people to support small businesses and here we are... yet they are incapable of customer service and simple administrative work.

I was at Spoil Yourself Last weekend, I was in the area and thought i Would pop in to do my nails. Its been a while since ive been there, and ive never had any issues with them either. but i was pleased with their customer service as i was not having a good day. I was assisted promptly, and felt very comfortable while my nails were being done. Shame the the****** that was doing my nails was lovely, from a stressful day i was having i felt refreshed when i left Spa. I would recommend this Spa on the bluff

Horrified!! This is the most unhygienic salon in the world! I witnessed the******s using dirty beach sand for facial scrubs, the sweaty sun bed doesn't get cleaned between clients, I saw cigarette ash getting used as toner in people's hair, the towels do not get washed between massages... This place is a health hazard and a complete sham!

<p>SPOIL YOURSELF???!!! Should actually change its name to SPOILT MILK. Thats exactly what I felt like. Like an absolute idiot! I heard maaaaaany people warn me not to go there, but unfortunately my usual and absolute amazing salon was booked for the day, so I booked with Spoil Yourself. As I walk in, there's no one there to greet me or see to me, I signal someone thats walking past to assist me, already a HUGE no no! I should've ran at that very minute, I think it was a fore warning. Anyway, sit down and the hairdresser unfortunately cant do the style I requested, okay no problem - she says someone else can do it/do it as close to that. To start off, they wash my hair with some cheap line shampoo (bought from the side of the road maybe??), and im in direct sunlight!! So, its okay I think it cant get any worse. Guess what!!! This lady starts doing my hair with me in the direct sunlight!!!! I'm currently seated on a pouffe - no back support and this lady is trying to blow dry my hair (I dont know what she was really doing). Seated here with SWEAT DRIPPING from every single part of my body, my underarms now smelling and every part of me boiling I keep asking for the aircon or something to be switched on, it was a furness in there!!!. Another customer walks in, not even 10mins of her complaining of being hot, they ask her if she would like to move to a spot more accomodating and out of the heat WHAT ABOUT ME!!!!???? Ive been damn sitting in this heat for how long and complaining, but no! You couldn't care two ****s!! About me, I must ask if I can move as well!!!. Anyway! I really want to know how you qualify your girls to do anything??, everyone seems VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and has no idea what they're doing. Im not blaming them for doing it, because it comes from Management that tells them the must do whatever is given - like a task THAT THEY HAVE NOOOOO DAMN CLUE ABOUT. Next up, this lady is holding ny hair for like 10mins before I ask her what she's waiting for... "a comb" she says SHOCKED!!!! in a huge salon you guys only have ONE COMB!!!??? Wow guys! I take out my own comb out my bag and ask her to complete my hair. By the time I was done, went to look in the mirror, it was an OUTRIGHT DISASTER!!!!! you call that curls? Shew!! Looked like my hair was stuck together in some sort of way!! Then I have to pay for that? I'm already fuming and in tears I just want to hide my face for how ugly it looks!. Thank heavens my salon is just around the corner from them, I run straight into my normal salon Serenity with teeeears running down my face and Clive and his team welcome me in and start to help me with the mess on my head. His Beautician did an excellent job in helping me, and the ladies did such a great job in calming me down. Ladies just a prior warning - DONT step foot in Spoil Yourself!! They have nooo idea what they are doing. And yes, this is freedom of speech.</p>

<p>On Saturday, 15 April I bought two vouchers from Daddy's Deals for a two hour session at Spoil Yourself Hair & Beauty Centre in Umhlanga Rocks - i.e. their Prestige branch. The voucher said to send an email or phone to make an appointment.</p> <p>Email was sent - by Sunday no response received. Although not acceptable I assumed the long weekend might have something to do with it so I phoned and made an appointment for the Monday. The person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about when Daddy's Deal was mentioned but we agreed on a booking for 11:00 the next day.</p> <p>To our disappointment when we arrived on Monday there was no booking in their system and all the lady had to say she did not work the previous day (read not my mistake).</p> <p>I then attempted to make contact with a manager using several possible channels - another email, using the contact form on their website and even the whatsapp number they provide on their website. NO response on any of these - no apology, no manager phoning back to own up to the mess. </p> <p>I guess one unhappy customer with two vouchers from their marketing campaign on Daddy’s Deals is not worth any effort.</p> <p>As a business 'Spoil Yourself Hair & Beauty Centre' has no respect for prospective customers.</p> <p>http://www.spoil-yourself.co.za</p>
