<p>SPOIL YOURSELF???!!! Should actually change its name to SPOILT MILK. Thats exactly what I felt like. Like an absolute idiot! I heard maaaaaany people warn me not to go there, but unfortunately my usual and absolute amazing salon was booked for the day, so I booked with Spoil Yourself. As I walk in, there's no one there to greet me or see to me, I signal someone thats walking past to assist me, already a HUGE no no! I should've ran at that very minute, I think it was a fore warning. Anyway, sit down and the hairdresser unfortunately cant do the style I requested, okay no problem - she says someone else can do it/do it as close to that. To start off, they wash my hair with some cheap line shampoo (bought from the side of the road maybe??), and im in direct sunlight!! So, its okay I think it cant get any worse. Guess what!!! This lady starts doing my hair with me in the direct sunlight!!!! I'm currently seated on a pouffe - no back support and this lady is trying to blow dry my hair (I dont know what she was really doing). Seated here with SWEAT DRIPPING from every single part of my body, my underarms now smelling and every part of me boiling I keep asking for the aircon or something to be switched on, it was a furness in there!!!. Another customer walks in, not even 10mins of her complaining of being hot, they ask her if she would like to move to a spot more accomodating and out of the heat WHAT ABOUT ME!!!!???? Ive been damn sitting in this heat for how long and complaining, but no! You couldn't care two ****s!! About me, I must ask if I can move as well!!!. Anyway! I really want to know how you qualify your girls to do anything??, everyone seems VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and has no idea what they're doing. Im not blaming them for doing it, because it comes from Management that tells them the must do whatever is given - like a task THAT THEY HAVE NOOOOO DAMN CLUE ABOUT. Next up, this lady is holding ny hair for like 10mins before I ask her what she's waiting for... "a comb" she says SHOCKED!!!! in a huge salon you guys only have ONE COMB!!!??? Wow guys! I take out my own comb out my bag and ask her to complete my hair. By the time I was done, went to look in the mirror, it was an OUTRIGHT DISASTER!!!!! you call that curls? Shew!! Looked like my hair was stuck together in some sort of way!! Then I have to pay for that? I'm already fuming and in tears I just want to hide my face for how ugly it looks!. Thank heavens my salon is just around the corner from them, I run straight into my normal salon Serenity with teeeears running down my face and Clive and his team welcome me in and start to help me with the mess on my head. His Beautician did an excellent job in helping me, and the ladies did such a great job in calming me down. Ladies just a prior warning - DONT step foot in Spoil Yourself!! They have nooo idea what they are doing. And yes, this is freedom of speech.</p>
<p>WHERE DO I EVEN START!????<br />Geez!! KFC, you guys have outdone yourself this time. Over and over again to **** me off.</p> <p>Firstly I place an order for delivery and the guy tells me 20mins (Firstly this was a LIE!). Rather not tell me a time than make me wait 1 hour till my food comes!!. Anyway, I call the store to ask for an update and the guy on the othr end IGNORES ME!!! dude! I can hear you breathing on the other end so I ask him to stop ignoring me and simply tell me something!! Next he puts me through to his Manager (Musa) who is ever so rude! tells me that the driver is new and I must bare with them (okay no problem) then he tells me the driver is outside GUESS WHAT?? another LIE, no one is there, then he tells me 5mins - to which I say dont tell me a time because all you guys do is lie!... Next up, the delivery guy arrives without a card machine and stone cold food!!! Im not going to send this food baCK BECAUSE THEY'D EITHER SPIT IN IT OR WORSE! anyway, I eat it right, then the delivery guy comes back with my slip and I'm charged R15 for delivery????? WHAT you have to be kidding, KFC the Cresent could've compensated me somehow! anyway I pay that amount but argue the fact with MUSA who tells me that its not his fault they have a new driver and I HAVE TO PAY so anyway, I cut the call and he(Musa) phones me back on MY CELLPHONE to discuss this, at that moment Im already angry how dare you call me and tell me to LISTEN to you!!! and still start shouting and talking over me????!!! IAM THE CUSTOMER!!! ARGH!. Anyway before I carry one about the awful reasons. Iwas in the right mind to go up there and speak to Musa face to face, she convinced me not to! annnnyway this was last week THURSDAy, and GUESS what!!! to date I have not received any feedback, so I phone them today only for them (customer care) to tell me that the store (KFC the cresent) have not provided feedback as yet!!! Now pleeeease tell me who's duty is it to follow up on this, because I caannot see it being my duty!! I NEED ANSWERS REAL FAST!!</p>
