This company does not stick to their own timelines around production. They sit on your money while making excuses to string you along. I ordered a headboard here on 4 February 2026, due by their own terms on 1 April 2026, but the joke was on me. To date I have not received anything from Spitfire Furniture and until I do I would assume they are not operating a legitimate business. When calling for an order update they don't even ask for an order number, they just try get rid of you by saying, next week then next week comes and it's next week again. I would highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs. I've started a charge back process so hopefully I'll have my money back soon.
