I’ve ordered online. I didn’t receive my order. I was told the driver was at my gate for 10min no communication from the driver or whatsoever. I called the store they said they won’t be held accountable for ‘my negligence’ No order,no refund. The manager is telling me that he is not in this world to babysit my feelings and orders. I must try and order again,yet I have not received any refund from their side and I was made aware that I won’t get anything.

The Spar 2u app is acting up again, it keeps giving a error message when you try to make the payment it's a weekly thing here. We only have a Spar in our little Town and we rely on the app. Thank goodness they are building a Checkers here one they are open I will never buy from Spar again!!!!!!!

The Spar 2U app is a sham!!!! Basic goods like bread and sunlight liquid is out of stock permanently. I order large items and get the smaller versions. I have credits due for items I purchased that was out of stock since December 2025. I reported this matter several times, and each time I am told it will be resolved in 24hrs. The drivers book the items as delivered, but the order is still sitting at the store awaiting delivery. I am tired of calling and complaining to Spar. I have cancer and are bed ridden most days, I only expect to get good service from an international retailer who makes billions monthly. I am done with Spar and the stupid app that never updates past processing orders, and the driver can't be tracked either. Spar can learn from the Checkers 60 app.

I order at Spar Kasselvlei via SPAR2U and they couldn't satisfy half my order and now call centre is saying my refund will take over 7 working days to process!! What makes me more angry is that when I tip delivery, it is based on the size of the order and what I deem fair! SO, to find that half of my delivery was not satisfied makes me super angry!! This was a delivery meant for my daughter who stays in a different province than me and I am very disappointed in this service in spoiling what was meant to be a special delivery of goodies to her!

I purchased goods on the Spar2u app on the 10th of January for just under R400. The payment went off my account but according to the Spar2u app payment interface, the payment was not successful. I have been to Eastmans Spar in Virginia, Durban North no less than 5 times to try and get this resolved - 17 days later it remains unresolved. My bank says that the money is in Spars account and they need to refund it. I have been told for the past 2 weeks that the money is being refunded to no avail. I will certainly never use the Spar2u app again, not because of the obvious glitch (I understand glitches do happen) but rather, because of the dreadful manner in which Spar has managed this issue. What dreadful service for a customer that averages around 15k/ month spend with your organisation.

So I ordered online with Spar2u palm grove branch. They got the payment at 13:10 , the timeslot THEY gave me was for 14:00 -15:00 and still no order arrived.. it's still in progress at this 15:54... And please SPAR don't ever advertise something that you never ever have stock of...

I tried the app for the first time in December, and I must say I’m not happy. On the day I placed my order they didn’t have a driver to deliver. I asked to cancel my order and asked for refund. It’s 3weeks later and haven’t received my money.
