I called asking for everything ever since I come here. (09/12/2024 till 17/12/2024) today they made a punch 🥊 line by not coming to clean my room. I am really tired 🥱 of calling and asking for things even the basic, I believe they know what is it one need in their room to survive. We are not really happy me n my partner. We come here to relax but it was really the same as staying at home, home is even better becousuwe don’t ask for things. Ooopps see me here no more 🤬😡🥵

It appears that the IoDSA is actively seeking ways to avoid upholding its own Code of Conduct, despite the clear prima facie evidence of one of its members having paid an admission of guilt and obtained a ******** record. Rather than taking immediate and decisive action based on this admission, the IoDSA seems to be searching for loopholes and justifications to delay or sidestep its responsibility to enforce ethical standards, potentially allowing ********* conduct to go unchecked, and unaccountable.

This resort outside Modimolle is one of the worst stays we've been at. On arrival the trash in the unit was not removed and smelled. We had to ask them to remove it. The fridge smelled like fish. There was no coffee or sugar in the provided jars. At 20:30 we wanted to shower and noticed there was no hot water. Due to no cell or internet signals, I had to drive up to the reception. I noticed no security on the premises and the units are in the bushveld. Reception was locked. I contacted the owner Johan and informed him of the problem with no hot water. His response was he does not know what to tell me. He thinks the gas might be done or someone changed the settings on the gas heater. He told me he will bring me a full gas bottle the next morning. Not sure if he expected us to go to bed dirty.... It took us more than an hour to boil water in the kettle to fill the bath. We even had to take the plug of the kitchen and put plastic around it to fit the drain in the bath as there was no plug. If it was not for curfew I would have left for home that night but it was already 21:30. We went to bed and had the worst night ever. The bed mattresses are old and spring mattresses. They springs poked us all night and we hardly slept. The beds are noisy and uncomfortable. We left at 7am in the morning and nobody came to the unit to help us or even apologise. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I wrote on their facebook page then they deleted my post and blocked me for their page.....

What a complete DISASTER of a place!!! NEVER NEVER BOOK THERE!! Be warned. The place looks like a scene out of a horror movie. On our arrival, the lodge never sent us a code for the gate. We waited 30 minutes outside! When we arrived at reception, it was disgusting! Black bags standing around in reception with a horrible sewerage smell that welcomes you. The ghosthouse, which is supposed to be a recreational area with a koi pond looks like a scene out of the move "Sleepy Hollow''. You just wait for the ghosts to come out at night! I would recommend to ALL people intending to book any of the SOA resorts. Be very very careful to pay deposits! They refuse to give you your deposit back once paid, and the website for Birdsong Cottages is FALSE ADVERTISING! It is a complete mess! I would NOT even give them 1 star! And Tourism board gave the 3 stars!! Please relook at the star rating Tourism board!! The marketing manager of SOA is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to understand our complete disgust in this place.

good day to whom it may concern i am deeply disgrace and disappointed by the sequence of events that happened @birdsong cottage lodge, extremely irritated and shocking discovery that lodge's can compromise your safety and hygienic Stef Venter – Managing Director of birdsong cottages extremely arrogant persons , our luggage and belongs we stolen on 02/01/2021 a bottle of cognac was stolen and cash to the value of R5000, was stolen by hector sales assistance and area manager, special hire some 1 who can talk and listen at the same not his nonsense called hector, i am depply disappointed not no 1 should should ever make bookings @birdscottages modimolle its a hell place and his colleagues @the lodge, please please do not make booking, rsvp etc @ this place, its not not what is seems to be , this venter does not talk to his customer especially when there is serious complain and grievance

I booked to stay at Elephant Springs Hotel for 2 days in December through booking.com, it had a 6 out of 10 review and if i had rated it myself it deserved a 0, it is nothing like the pictures, it is situated in the middle of Town in a very dangerous area, I was advised that the parking had camera's yet there were none. The accommodation was non-refundable, I strongly advise against booking this accommodation because they will deduct the full amount even if you decide not to stay and they will not refund you. The passages were dusty and the rooms were extremely dirty, the curtains were dirty as well as the bathrooms & the couches had stains on them. This is not a proper hotel. My husband and I were moved to 3 different rooms one of them did not have working lights and the other did not lock. I personally think it should not be legal for unhygienic places to be operating in this manner , i was charged R2400 and it was a complete waste of money, the manager refused to meet with us we had not stayed the night as it was unsafe and dirty. We drove all the way back to Johannesburg from Bela-Bela. It would have been cheaper and cleaner to stay in a SUN1 instead of this place!

(Provided my work address)</p> <p>Promise made for delivery on the 18.05.2017 - Not done.</p> <p>19.05.2017 RTT delivers to wrong address in Bloemfontein.</p> <p>23.05.2017 - No word from MTN</p> <p>24.05.2017 - RTT left three missed calls and I called only to find they still have wrong address and they tasked me to call MTN.</p> <p>I made a call to MTN and they confirmed that they did update.</p> <p>RTT called again and it was not done.</p> <p>I then called MTN to ask for a cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>RTT later called to say can they deliver at the right address. Am I a toy to be played arounf like this? The 24th May 2017 marked 8 days of frustration for a simple thing like an upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN South AFRICA is quiet pathetic and you ought to be told.</p>
