Shamelessly poor

If I could give a negative rating I would have. Johnathan Stephenson has not delivered on any of his promises since August last year. I have paid for the solar panels, the inverter, the batteries upfront in two tranches (my first mistake) and to date I have no PV system. He shamelessly makes excuses day after day after day for not getting the equipment, not having the panels, not having the inverter, waiting for the batteries, having Covid, being mugged/hijacked, having Covid again, vehicle being stoned, being dropped by the electrician, another bout of Covid, getting another electrician who now wants him to change the wiring again, electrician having a fall and unable to walk, yet another electrician. Now my inverter and batteries are gone. For the last two weeks, he EVERY DAY promises to be here to complete the next day. He has no shame. I am now reporting the equipment that I paid for and that were removed from my premises as stolen, and I am taking legal action to hold him liable for the cost of others to complete the installation.

I have never dealt with such a thick skinned and shameless serial excuse making non performer in my life.
