Great customer service and quality product
I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience with SofaWorx—and especially with Andrea and Matthew deserves recognition. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Matthew made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. He asked the right questions, offered helpful suggestions (without being pushy), and guided us to the perfect couch for our space. His professionalism and warm personality made the experience feel personalized and stress-free. Andrea has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. From the moment we started reworking the measurements, up to the delivery stage. She was sooo helpful and patient. I enjoyed the service thoroughly. The couch we purchased is outstanding. The craftsmanship is clearly high quality—solid frame, plush cushions, and upholstery that not only looks beautiful but feels durable and luxurious. You can tell it’s built to last. It’s the kind of piece that elevates the entire room. Comfort-wise, it’s perfect—supportive without being too firm, and ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. If you're looking for stylish, well-built furniture and truly outstanding service, I highly recommend SofaWorx. And if you have the chance to work with Andrea, you're in excellent hands. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning for future pieces!

Great sofa and wonderful service
I have just recently taken delivery of a lovely, new sofa from Sofaworx, ordered through their Cedar Square branch in Johannesburg. The sales consultant was friendly, helpful and extremely professional and my sofa was made sooner than the quoted time frame and was delivered without any issues. It is really well made and surpasses all of my expectations. I highly recommend them and hope to order from them again. Thanks, Cedar Square Sofaworx.

Great sofa and wonderful service
I have just recently taken delivery of a lovely, new sofa from Sofaworx, ordered through their Cedar Square branch in Johannesburg. Absolutely 5 star service from beginning to end
Absolutely 5 star service from beginning to end!! I expected alot from them, I wanted inported fabric and it took alot of extra service and planning as well as design issues because of the pattern. But through it all Gabi was always friendly, helpful and gracious. She arranged for storage and delivery months later and everything went so smooth it was such a pleasure to do bussiness with them. Thank you to Gabi and the team at sofaworx !

Absolutely 5 star service from beginning to end!! I expected alot from them, I wanted inported fabric and it took alot of extra service and planning as well as design issues because of the pattern. But through it all Gabi was always friendly, helpful and gracious. She arranged for storage and delivery months later and everything went so smooth it was such a pleasure to do bussiness with them. Excellent
Excellent on all fronts - communication, customer service and product. I live in Malawi and so I had to order my sofa remotely for my runner to deliver. Justin and Fadia dealt with my transaction and were the absolute dream team - I cannot praise them both enough. The quality of the sofa itself is fantastic, super comfy and the cushions are very plump so I do not foresee them slumping. I will definitely be back and have already recommended Sofaworx to friends in SA.

Excellent

Extremely bad services by delivery company
I just had very bad experience with delivery driver, unprofessional and poor conduct on the Telephone. First of all he went to the wrong address and we agreed to meet at a garage station, I raised my hand for him to acknowledge me and he did, he followed me for a while and I indicated my turn and he passed on,I called him , he switched of his phone,I waited for 45minutes and he picked up,I asked him why he did turn with me at my complex ,he went silent and switch off his cell, I called after 15minutes he said he was in deinfern he will deliver my couch last ,I must wait.i wait for an hour and called him he started explaining that the address I gave was wrong and that I don't live there and he had spoken to security.i went to security to replay the footage he never came at my address.i then asked the security to talk talk to him ,and on the phone on speaker said I was rude but he will come after all his other deliveries ......I never got my couch...I was hurt with his treatment... it's unprofessional this is his number 084 993 2090,he was supposed to at 29 northern view on the 26th of March.
