I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience with SofaWorx—and especially with Andrea and Matthew deserves recognition. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Matthew made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. He asked the right questions, offered helpful suggestions (without being pushy), and guided us to the perfect couch for our space. His professionalism and warm personality made the experience feel personalized and stress-free. Andrea has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. From the moment we started reworking the measurements, up to the delivery stage. She was sooo helpful and patient. I enjoyed the service thoroughly. The couch we purchased is outstanding. The craftsmanship is clearly high quality—solid frame, plush cushions, and upholstery that not only looks beautiful but feels durable and luxurious. You can tell it’s built to last. It’s the kind of piece that elevates the entire room. Comfort-wise, it’s perfect—supportive without being too firm, and ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. If you're looking for stylish, well-built furniture and truly outstanding service, I highly recommend SofaWorx. And if you have the chance to work with Andrea, you're in excellent hands. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning for future pieces!

It's been over 3 years trying to sort out the fraudulent account opened on my behalf!!! I'm really inconvenienced by this unprofessional behaviour from Cell C. I came to your store more than 4 times to try and get to the bottom of this! Every time I'm told it's closed yet my ITC profile is tremendously affected! My credit score went down by 92 point, this month alone!!! Word's can't fully expressed my frustration over this matter!!!

I ordered from UberEats last Friday. The delivery guy never called and when I tried to request for refund, the system was acting up. Finally two days later I was able to log the request however I was told that I cannot be refunded since it's after 48 hours. How was I supposed to know of that rule???
What a poor service I've received from your consultant "Nestar". It makes me wonder why I'm still pursuing your services. I don't understand how my phone keeps joining subscriptions while "off" makes no sense to me. And while it does not make sense to both myself and the consultant, Vodacom will not be refunding my airtime. Where do I go to when this is the only resolution I get from the consultant?! (Call ref: 1125312103)
Getting more than 10 missed calls from one of your consultants is a No No. If I don't pick up after 2 attempts, clearly I cannot be on my phone. There was really no need for the consultant to spam my phone like that! I don't even owe the company! I found this experience to be very annoying. The level of telephone etiquette was very poor! #BlackFriday
