Affordable, professional and top end quality.
So, I will be honest, I was worried about the legitimacy of the business as it seemed too good to be true. I was totally wrong! I bought a cheap frame and did entry level lenses. It delivered in SA from Hong Kong in 10 days. No dramas. You just need to ask your optometrist for a letter with your prescription if you are from SA. Oh, and you talk to a human if you have questions. Rare nowadays. I have since bought a second pair with clip on sunglasses. They are AMAZING! My average bill with my SA optometrist is $1000. With SmartBuy it is less than $400 with all the bells and whistles and I feel they are better lenses than any optometrist I have been to. They are so affordable I am going to get a 2nd pair for my husband with clip ons. Thank you SmartBuy!

Best Online Purchases Experience Ever
I would give my experience with SmartBuyGlasses 20/10 if I could. The website is super user-friendly, ordering a breeze, communication from the company unbelievably quick and polite. I received my glasses super quick and beautifully packaged. I will never buy frames anywhere else ever again.

The quality is excellent, the eyewear lasts longer than my prescription, which makes it fantastic value for money. Excellent prices, website and service
Excellent concept with measuring your existing glasses prescription and having the opportunity to use a photo and see how a frame will look on your face. The helpdesk is very responsive and attentive and I even done a replacement on the guarantee submitting my latest prescription and it took only days to replace. The range is really good and prices are affordable. I have a narrow face and the Asian range that is smaller is a bonus to shop against. I ordered a light frame which is excellent quality. I will use the site again. The only reason why I made the review a 4 is the fact that I only became aware this is a Hong Kong based site once the order was placed. The support team was responsive when I queried anything with good English responses and I think they are from South Africa. The shipping did not take long and no additional charges had to be paid either, so there is no real problem with a Hong Kong product, but it was a surprise since the url is a co.za website. Nevertheless - good service and quality that I can recommend.

Superb experience and price
What an easy and great experience. I uploaded my script for my glasses, chose some frames, selected my lenses and it was just such a pleasant experience. Plus the fact that it was 75% cheaper than where I normally buy my glasses from was a huge plus! Don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on 😊

Superb experience and price
What an easy and great experience. I uploaded my script for my glasses, chose some frames, selected my lenses and it was just such a pleasant experience.
