Great service and even greater people!
We always rent with Woodford. For this rental we had a car in Joburg for 4 days, Cape Town for 18 days then one more day in Joburg on our way out. Fast, efficient and professional. In Cape Town my they are amazing. The collection the car for you, help you load your luggage and they will even drop you at the terminal with your luggage when you depart. Luziano was incredible as he noticed my husband had left his man bag in the car. When I called my husband's phone Luciano picked up immediately. The then went and found my husband and brought him back to the terminal. He is a gem! Thank you Luziano. We won't forget your kindness and honesty.

Affordable, professional and top end quality.
So, I will be honest, I was worried about the legitimacy of the business as it seemed too good to be true. I was totally wrong! I bought a cheap frame and did entry level lenses. It delivered in SA from Hong Kong in 10 days. No dramas. You just need to ask your optometrist for a letter with your prescription if you are from SA. Oh, and you talk to a human if you have questions. Rare nowadays. I have since bought a second pair with clip on sunglasses. They are AMAZING! My average bill with my SA optometrist is $1000. With SmartBuy it is less than $400 with all the bells and whistles and I feel they are better lenses than any optometrist I have been to. They are so affordable I am going to get a 2nd pair for my husband with clip ons. Thank you SmartBuy!

Definitely ****mers. We paid them for a generator with delivery to our transporters included. We then got an email from a company saying they were doing the local transport but we had to pay more than $1000 as a "deposit" that was refundable as this was required to secure a certificate of transport for generators. Pure ******* and at this point we realized we had been ****med. On closer scrutiny we could see there was no such business as World Bloom and the transporter, Vivekan Logistics, is just a small home somewhere in Durban. My bank tried to recall our payment but there wasn't sufficient funds in the beneficiary's account. Vivekan had the cheek to threaten to charge us for storing the generator. So we said goodbye to $3000. And I agree with one of the reviewers - the positive reviews are contrived.
