When signing up, the
Terms & Conditions are clearly presented and must be acknowledged before any payment details can be submitted. A copy of these Terms & Conditions is also
automatically sent with the initial signup confirmation for your records. In addition, the
12-month fixed-term agreement is clearly stated on the website prior to checkout. As a company registered with the
Direct Marketing Association, clients do have the right to cancel under specific conditions, as outlined in
Clause 1.9 of the Terms & Conditions, which are also available under the downloads section.
We can confirm that:
- You were granted full access to the relevant courses and materials,
- Three payments were successfully received, and
- Access was provided in good faith, without certainty that the full term would be honoured.
That said, we understand that circumstances can change. In the interest of resolving this matter amicably, we are
open to discussing a reasonable settlement on the outstanding term of the agreement.
