Very Satisfied

Purchased 3 Alpha units. 1x 24 000BTU with condensation pump and 2x 18 000BTU units. I purchased the units directly from them and had a panel approved installer do the installation end of January towards middle February. I am very happy and satisfied. The condensation pump on the 24 000BTU unit (which is a special additional required for non-back-to-back installations) started having a problem after a while however, they replaced the unit. So far, I am very satisfied and happy with the product, customer service and after sales service. Definitely deserve 5 stars.
