Claim nightmare
Did my application for claim, but till today no payout. It was due last week thursday? This week when i asked whats happining the consultant said its delayed cause of influx of claims? Im ver unhappy cause ive been paying my premuims and yet my claims take forever? But i have to add that consultants is very helpfull

14 Apr 2026, 15:52Thanks for response.... but i have yet to receive my payout! Only found out yesterday that it was payed into my employers account on 1/4/2025, now i have to struggle and beg to get the cash from them not to mention the tax implications.and no one is in a hurry.i felt ashamed to ask my employer cause this was actually personal matter. No email received can only guess the email have been mailed to my employer. Last week when i was communicating through whatsapp i was told there is a influx of claims hence delay in payout just to found it have been paid out already. Lack of attention to detail.i was promised a call today from serago. None, no apology. Nothing
