Highly frustrated and disappointed

Its been over a year since the system was installed. It has been one thing after another, with the system not working as promised. You call for service, they make empty promises and don't deliver. Now, half of my house does not have power. This means I don't have hot running water 😫. I have been calling and messaging for a month to have this sorted. I am again fed empty promises. They have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. They don't care about customer service. They have done the installation, paid them for it and thats where it ends for them.
