Lack of professionalism and endless lies

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this business.

I placed an order for a couch and TV unit and paid a deposit of R16 400 on 4 March 2026. My order was confirmed on 6 March 2026. On 25 March 2026, I was advised that my order was in production and would be delivered the following week.

However, delivery did not take place as promised. I followed up on 30 March 2026 and again on 1 April 2026, where it was confirmed that the remaining balance would be payable upon delivery. Despite this, the week passed with no delivery.

On 8 April 2026, I was once again assured that delivery would occur by 10 April 2026. When I followed up on that date, I only received a late response indicating that delivery would be pushed to the weekend, without any confirmed time.

To date, my order has still not been delivered. Communication has been inconsistent, and deadlines have repeatedly been missed without proactive updates.

According to the original quotation, the production timeline was 7–21 days. This timeframe has now long passed. The ongoing delays and lack of reliable communication are unacceptable and do not reflect professional business conduct.

I would strongly caution others when dealing with this business, particularly where timelines and upfront payments are concerned.
