BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

So i placed an order on 16/4/2026. On the 21/04/2026 i received an sms to say that my order was handed to the courier. I'm still waiting on feed back from sheet street. There was no communication or any update as to when my order was going to be delivered. I decided to call sheet street on 02/05/2026 just to get and update. I spoke to Silindile who informed me that they can only send an email to the courier company and will only get feed back today 04/05/2026 no urgency whatsoever!!!! I then called sheet street again at about after 9am on the 04/05/2026 spoke to Zanele. Who then informed me that they will have to get another courier company to deliver my order but no date or time can be given. Its going in for almost 3 weeks now!!!

I asked to speak to a manager Anneline, who was in a meeting at the time and was told she will call me back. No call as yet...

THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!! If you know your courier service provider is unreliable. Use another. You are going to loose customers this way. I am still considering in cancelling my order!!! What is the point of paying for goods that you haven't received!
