POOR AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE : ENGEN SEVICE STATION NEAR BLUE LAGOON , DURBAN

To call the service dispensed at ENGEN SERVICE STATION poor is an understatement, I visited the service station on friday (8/12/ 2017 ) night at approx 10.45 for petrol . There is no urgency at this service station . In view of its close proximity of blue lagoon it attracts a lot of weekend evening revelers/party goers who frequent the ENGEN shop. Not surprisingly the forecourt is left unattended , Motorist must shout at attendants for service . I observed that every time an attendant finishes with a vehicle he" disappears " into the shop or to the restroom . This is the kind of service that this station dispenses. I took matter up with the garage manager who clearly didn't have any clue what service i was talking about . clearly lack of training by ENGEN management ,
