Unprofessional business practice and false advertising. Sensor network refused to call out a technician or plumber to assist with manually disconnecting and removing their device on my geyser. I had to call a plumber who discovered that there was no earthing on my geyser that why when lightning struck it disconnected their thermostat. They put my life in danger when they installed their device on my geyser and didn’t want to come and remove it and install back my thermostat. They refused to assist me for almost two weeks now.

I had to call a plumber who discovered that there was no earthing on my geyser that why when lightning struck it disconnected their thermostat. They put my life in danger when they installed their device on my geyser and didn’t want to come and remove it and install back my thermostat. They refused to assist me for almost two weeks now.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USLESS SMART DEVICES They installed 3 devices on 3 brand new geysers hardly 48 hours 2 devices were sending incorrect messages technician came to my house 4 times and even told the office that the devices seem to me sending wrong messages . They decided to deinstall their devices only to find that these devices have burnt 2 of my circuit breakers on the DB and now they are refusing to pay the excess of R1000 for an electrician to sort out the mess they created Pathetic company with useless device

I have a sensor network product that controls my geyser by an app. The service was free until they began to charge for it.i only decided now to subscribe to their services, as the unit is useless without it. I paid 3 months in advance to control the geyser through the app. Now I find out it does not work, as they stopped the unit from ever working again. To get is sorted they want me to buy another brand new unit for R3999, excluding plumbing costs to remove and re install the same type of unit. I will now rip it out and put a geyser timer in. Everybody is out to **** you any way they can nowadays. Beware how they operate

Sensor Networks product smart home fory geyser became faulty on friday 2 Sep 2022 and they have not fixed it which means i do not have hot water in my house. I have called th and no assistance has been provided
