ACCOUNT NOT PAID FROM MEDICAL AID
My docter sent me for blood test, She acctualy look on the document to see if the medical aid pays for these blood test before she sent me for it.
Now lancet phones me to say that this is not covered by the medical aid, I have to pay that account myself R111.10, On the Carecross form it shows that the medical aid covers this and now they do not.
This is for a treatment on the 23/06/19 for HBA1C Glycated hb test. Claim Number MQK36494
My Question is why do i pay for medical aid if they do not pay for this if it is on there carecross form.
