I am honestly at the point where I don’t know what I’m paying for anymore.

I pay Screamer for two separate internet connections, and yet every single day both of them become almost completely unusable.

I phoned and also speak on whatsup with one of there technicians and nobody can let me know what the problem is or try to fixed it - sending emails. Also waiting that a manager needs to phone me still nothing. The technician does not even answer me anymore.

What’s more frustrating is that this has happened repeatedly. There have been moments where changes were made and everything worked okay during the day and just like that it happen again. It’s the same pattern over and over again.

They can not even give me a explanation what the problem may be.

Phoned them today and just dropping the phone.

I’m not expecting miracles, but I am expecting a stable service that I’m paying for, and a proper fix instead of the same cycle repeating every day.
