SASSA GRANT APPLICATION STILL WAITING ASSESSMENT AFTER 4 MONTHS

I app**** for child grant online on 2026-01-19 and its still stuck on waiting assessment but funny enough people who app**** after me online as well have been approved, i have called the call centre and i have been at a branch aa advised by the call centre but i havent gotten any straight answer, its always their system. I thought they were short staffed at some point but after seeing new applications being approved it dawned on me that they just dont care. Im not even a first time applicant and you would thought that would make the application process quicker...it has been exactly 4 months now yet when you submit your application they say up to 90 days, i mean why introduce something that is suppose to make life easier for everyone but still fail at it.
