SASSA Disability grant declined - Mr G J Mostert

Me and my fiance has been waiting on the SASSA's independent Tribunal appeal regarding my fiance's application that was declined by the SASSA office in Rustenburg. As per the letter of why the disability grant is declined. According to them in sort there is medication that can fix his injuries the he has after being in a head on head car accident in May 2023. We send reports and a letter from our attorney that is busy with the RAF claim. With inserts of report that came in from the RAF's medical experts examined my fiance for full review for the claim. But from December 2025 till now no feedback from SASSA after i emailed the everything and saying that we don't have a place to stay as we lost everything thing. My fiance can't find word as due to the medical report for his final report needs to be attached to this CV. And Companies advise that he is to much of a high risk. With no income and struggling to eat and sleep a bit here and there. And have to walk from one place to the other (hike). How or were to go just to get answers and get him on a disability grant?
