Roxy is the BEST!
Roxy Claasen who is an assessor at Santam impressed me with her contact skills and keeping me up to date with the progress of my claim. Roxy walked the road with my claim from start to finish and she really felt like she cared about my predicament and had empathy. I would highly recommend her to any other Santam client.
