DISSAPPOINTING: SANRAL EASTERN REGION

My car got damaged by a burning log on the free way KZN. I reported to SANRAL Eastern region and completed all the necessary forms. Months later the contractor responsible declined the claim without explaining the rational. I followed it up with both SANRAL and the Contractor Raaz Civils till today nothing was done.

I later used the SANRAL complaints line and they referred the matter back to the Eastern Region where they didn't assist .
