Service failure

I made a payment at quagga plaza toll gate, there was technical errors and my money never reflected on my account but it was debited from my account. I have sent through a bank statement as instructed to this day my tag is blocked and my query is not yet resolved. Tired of making unlimited follow ups as this is going nowhere. Case : 5397785

This is so unacceptable
