I sold my property in Sept, and sail property got the registration documents from the attorneys, and I also sent them the document in October. I have been trying to get my levy clearance refund since Sept. My emails go unanswered. For 3 months I have been trying to I refund.

This has to be the worst Managing Agent in South Africa. They are very "selective" who they deal with. Queries NEVER sorted-out, telephone calls and emails ignored, enable Trustees to violate Body Corporate Rules and whoever is dealing with your queries, just seem to "disappear", almost over-night. Then another *********** person will take their place and you will have to start the process - all over again! So Frustrating. Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this Managing Agent, the score does not go low enough.

This has to be the worst Managing Agent in South Africa. They are very "selective" who they deal with. Queries NEVER sorted-out, telephone calls and emails ignored, enable Trustees to violate Body Corporate Rules and whoever is dealing with your queries, just seem to "disappear", almost over-night. Then another *********** person will take their place and you will have to start the process - all over again! So Frustrating. Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this Managing Agent, the score does not go low enough.

If the option to slap a big, fat zero as a rating existed, I'd do it with ease. Engaging with this company has been an exercise in futility and frustration, the likes of which I've never endured before. For over three months, I've been embroiled in a maddening dance of incompetence, trying to get a prepaid electricity meter installed. And let me tell you, it's been a solo performance because good ol' Joe, our illustrious complex manager, is about as reachable as a hermit crab in witness protection – no emails, no calls, nothing. The man's excuses are as flimsy as wet tissue paper. "We will not be installing it at this time as it was denied by the trustees," "After a lengthy debate and revisiting the factors in having pre-paid installed in a single unit vs the complex. the trustees have resolved that now isn’t the right time to implement pre-paid meters and therefore have declined your request." he says. Oh, please. Not a single coherent explanation, not a shred of logic. It's as if every employee I've had the misfortune of interacting with has taken a collective vow to avoid work like it's the plague. It's a circus of laziness and ineptitude. In all honesty, this company is a joke, but nobody's laughing. It's a pathetic display of professional negligence where you have to practically grovel to get anyone to lift a finger. If you're looking for a masterclass in how not to run a business, look no further – you've hit the jackpot with these clowns.

I strongly advise you to avoid engaging with Sail Properties cc. In my capacity as a Trustee of a Sectional Title unit, I have experienced unsatisfactory service from Sail Properties cc. They consistently provide minimal effort while charging exorbitant fees. Additionally, they appear to be selective in addressing requests from the Body Corporate.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I feel like theu absolutely do not care about clients. The unit I am in, was advertised as fiber ready. The complex is not even fiber ready. They're not doing any effort to help follow up. No updates, I've had to drive everything from my side as a tenant to get fiber for the complex. Imagine. Absolutely will never let through this agency ever again in my entire life.
