STATEMENTS AND BC NOTICES NOT RECEIVED FOR MONTHS
I have not received statements and body corp notices for months, before SAILPROP had this system, I received notices and statements for years, no problem. All I get now is delivered, not opened and no read receipts from SAILROP. They can now just email me statements and all notices "the old fashioned way"

GROSS CONSUMER INJUSTICE AT IT WORSE BY STANDARD BANK
Standard Bank have promised me a full investigation into my Vehicle Account. As per Vehicle Contract, FULL monthly instalment of R3894.17 has been paid every month since January 2018 for full contractual period (72 months) which should end and paid in full about Feb 2024. I went under DR late 2018 but Standard Bank did not allow reduced payment so I continued paying full instalment every month for full contractual period. But, for some reason, I am still getting debited every month (almost 6-7 months after Feb 2024) for full monthly contractual amount and R17 000 is still outstanding and I "apparently" app**** for some payment holiday (3 months) which I know absolutely "nothing" about. Vehicle as per contract paid in full for full contractual period, therefore, Standard Bank are *****ing money from me each and every month. None of this makes sense. Gross Consumer injustice at it's worse. STD Bank do your homework, LOOK at contract amount and contract period - YOU owe ME Money and a paidup Letter for this vehicle. This has to be the worst Managing Agent in South Africa. They are very "selective" who they deal with. Queries NEVER sorted-out, telephone calls and emails ignored, enable Trustees to violate Body Corporate Rules and whoever is dealing with your queries, just seem to "disappear", almost over-night. Then another *********** person will take their place and you will have to start the process - all over again! So Frustrating. Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this Managing Agent, the score does not go low enough.
