I ordered 2 items online. Upon collecting the order, I noticed I didn't need one of the items. I returned them immediately at the front desk. Still sealed in the original packaging. Annie processed the return, but I have not seen any refund or credit. The T's & C's say 21 days. Still nothing and it has been a month!
I have contacted Safari via their online portal 4 times now. With not a single response. Absolutely disgusting how they have no care for customers.
