I recently had to undergo knee surgery. After all was done and it was time for bill payments, Bonitas stepped up to the plate. Most of the bills were covered, except for the doctors that charge above scheme rates. I submitted all my shortfall payments to Bonitas to refund out of my savings, and the whatsapp service worked really well. Other means of communication with Bonitas is lacking a bit, as one always receives emails from a no-reply email address. So every email is like a brand new one, and it gets confusing with a million ref numbers, with no context. Like i said, the whatsapp chat worked great. Khotso was my assistant, and she was very helpful.
I ordered 2 items online. Upon collecting the order, I noticed I didn't need one of the items. I returned them immediately at the front desk. Still sealed in the original packaging. Annie processed the return, but I have not seen any refund or credit. The T's & C's say 21 days. Still nothing and it has been a month! I have contacted Safari via their online portal 4 times now. With not a single response. Absolutely disgusting how they have no care for customers.
What can I say, if everyone in this Country did business like Marius/Rock Solid Music, this world would be a better place. Marius was quick to respond with a personal phone call shortly after an online inquiry. He sourced the equipment I needed with haste, and the very next day I have my purchase in my hands and at a great price too. Rock Solid Music will definitely be one of my go to online shops for music equipment going forward. Thank you for the excellent service!
