Ugly Sabc licenses

Last year July I mailed sabc tv license to say I do not have a TV anymore. I send a form to complete. An affidavit. I did go to police to get the affidavit done and emailed it back. Cannot believe this after doing all they wanted me to do....they came and took today money from my bank account. A Lindsay Morgan did the mail to me.
