Good day I am once again disputing the alleged TV licence account you continue to contact me about. I have explained telephonically on multiple occasions that I have never owned a television or held a TV licence. I was also informed by your staff of the date and location where the account was allegedly opened, and I was not even residing in Limpopo at that time. I have repeatedly requested proof that this account was opened by me, including any signed documentation, application records, identification verification, recordings, photographs, or video confirmation. To date, no proof has been provided. Instead, I continue receiving threatening messages regarding tracing and legal action. Please take note that I formally dispute liability for this account. Kindly provide the following within 7 days: Full documentary proof that I personally opened this account. Copies of any application forms or agreements. Proof of identity verification used when the account was created. The physical address where the TV licence was allegedly registered. Any audio, video, or digital evidence linking me to the account. Until such proof is provided, I request that all collection activity and threatening communication cease immediately. If this matter is not resolved, I reserve the right to escalate the issue further as harassment and possible identity *****. Regards Richardo Roccon
