Thanks for the response. This claim for overvoltage damage has been outstanding for 5 months with your adjuster confirming the cause. Please provide a written update with a payment/settlement date by 27 May 2026. If I dont received this, I will escalate to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance as advised by Standard Bank.
