Bad service
I bought couches November 2025 and now it's already peeling off,I went to the branch 06-04-2026 to complain to the branch manager she was rude and told me they can't assist as its not their problem, so I want my money back because it's still on guarantee

DELEVERY
I placed my order at Russel's Krugersdorp on 13/01/2026 and still waiting for my delivery and it is almost a month ago. Every time i phone them i get the same answer (you must wait we cant do anything its with our delivery) and no one can actually help a person to get proper service.

The manager she is not treating stuff very well she is rude to stuff she is good pretend .when she see the boss acts as if everythig it's fine
