Poor network and they don’t credit any amount they owe you.

please never use rsaweb for wifi. I have been waiting for 17 days for them to credit R999 they took from my account. After I told them the main reason I wanted to cancelling them is because I lost my job.

in all of that i pay R639 and i used two devices and the network is still poor.
