Pathetic deliver service

Ordered online a "TankVac 50mm Kit". Paid R 150 to have it delivered and whilst i don't expect an overnight delivery to Knysna but considering it came from George and no further than 70 km it took 15 days to deliver. I had to phone a multitude of times and that was fruitless.

Disgusting, pathetic, unprofessional and honestly abysmal. If there was not a water shortage issue in SA your business I believe would fail. I have a total of 5 different tanks that required the item and thanks I'll build my own rather than have the displeasure of using your terrible service.
