Cold pizza after waiting for more 25 minutes

I just bought a supreme chicken pizza that is currently on special for R98 and you add R15 for a 2 litre Pepsi , I realized when I was driving home that the box is not as hot as it should be for a pizza that was just made , I live less than 3 minutes away from this establishment, I got home and my pizza is cold as ice , I am so disappointed at Romans because I have been a regular customer , every week i am buying there but this evening they served me a horrible cold pizza ... this is very bad considering the fact that I sat there for more than 25 minutes waiting for this pizza, then i am gettingan ice cold pizza ... this is nonsense , I will never buy pizza from there , my son is even disappointed 😞 😒 I am so angry . My order number was 394 , disgusting
