Terrible Service ( Rocomamas @Montecasino)

My experience at this establishment ( Rocomamas @ Montecasino) was highly disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and poor service. From the outset, the staff appeared uninterested, and taking our order seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than a standard part of service.

After placing our meal order, we received cold drinks that were flat. When this was brought to the waiter’s attention, we were informed that we would need to pay extra if we wanted canned beverages, which was unexpected and not communicated upfront. We then requested to speak with the manager, who assured us that the dispensing machines were functioning correctly and that replacements would be provided.

Unfortunately, the resolution was significantly delayed. It took approximately 20 minutes for alternative drinks to arrive, by which time we had nearly finished our meals. During this period, our assigned waiter appeared to avoid attending to our table altogether.

Following the experience, I chose not to leave a tip. Only then did the manager approach us to ask about the issue, which felt reactive rather than proactive.

Overall, the service fell well below expected standards, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
