Terrible Service ( Rocomamas @Montecasino)
My experience at this establishment ( Rocomamas @ Montecasino) was highly disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and poor service. From the outset, the staff appeared uninterested, and taking our order seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than a standard part of service. After placing our meal order, we received cold drinks that were flat. When this was brought to the waiter’s attention, we were informed that we would need to pay extra if we wanted canned beverages, which was unexpected and not communicated upfront. We then requested to speak with the manager, who assured us that the dispensing machines were functioning correctly and that replacements would be provided. Unfortunately, the resolution was significantly delayed. It took approximately 20 minutes for alternative drinks to arrive, by which time we had nearly finished our meals. During this period, our assigned waiter appeared to avoid attending to our table altogether. Following the experience, I chose not to leave a tip. Only then did the manager approach us to ask about the issue, which felt reactive rather than proactive. Overall, the service fell well below expected standards, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.

A Costly Renovation Disaster with Hinando Construction
I’d strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Hinando Construction. After spending well over 100k on what should have been a straightforward remodel — new doors, rebuilt walls, and drywalling — the entire project collapsed into chaos. The owner openly admitted to running out of money, and the work quality shows it. The PVC ceilings don’t align, the plasterwork is already coming apart, and several doors arrived scratched and were installed with little care. Even the basics weren’t handled properly: the team left the site dirty, with debris scattered everywhere. Nothing about this experience suggests professionalism or accountability, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable construction or renovation work.

Customer service
I ordered on the 5th February 2022 meals for family at town square Golden rose. Firstly i was asked to wait outside and they will bring the food i waited 35min for the meals i went inside to see it on the counter. Went home to find out one of the order is made wrong. After being charged extra again no apologies and waiting an additional 20min i got the food. Golden rose need to train their staff to work with public and also learn to take orders correctly. Really dissapointed in the service and how a client is treated

Does not stop phoning
The company does not stop phoning me even though I state they are in breach of Popia act. They can not provide me information on where they get my number from. Anyone who can help to report this company?
