Poor Service

The customer service is horrible, I have an on going issue where money has been taken out of my account without my permission and after being sent to multiple different companies my issue has not been resolved. The company does not want to give or sort out the issue even with the bank. It is truly pathetic and is not right at all. When you ask to speak to a manger you have to wait more than a week to get back to you or they don’t even get any manger to call you, there is no rush or motivation to get to the bottom of the issue. It is a truly pathetic company. They need help with customer service and the overall functioning of their business.
