I briefly had no internet access two days ago. The problem seems to have resolved itself. However, yesterday my Internet access disappeared again. I logged an urgent call asking for an investigation to make sure the cause has been found and addressed as Internet access is vital to my job. This may be morning I received notification to say the ticket had been closed and to ask me to write an online review. Here is the online review you requested. Why has no one throughly investigated the issue to ensure it does not reoccur this week and, very crucially for my work, next week? Why was I not consulted first? I did indicate that it might be necessary to check the actual infrastructure at my house because I suspect there may be a problem there. Instead of that Rocket Net simply closed an urgent ticket.
