Request to suspend account with Unkown recurring payments not assisted

I have been getting unauthorised recurring payments from Roblox, tried to contact the to assist on cancelling the recurring payments but they didn’t assist, now I’m asking them to suspend my account I don’t want it, but still they refuse. I don’t want a Roblox account and I’m just asking them to cancel it.
