Request to suspend account with Unkown recurring payments not assisted
I have been getting unauthorised recurring payments from Roblox, tried to contact the to assist on cancelling the recurring payments but they didn’t assist, now I’m asking them to suspend my account I don’t want it, but still they refuse. I don’t want a Roblox account and I’m just asking them to cancel it.

I never received my refund, and they never even responded when i send a review on Hello Peter. I need my refund on the R7000 that deducted. Calling them is also not helpful as you wait for hours.

African bank bad service
Very bad service they deducted R7000 instead of R700 and didn’t want to refund me all the extra money 😡😡😡
