Lack of Accountability for Refund

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at how poorly refunds are handled.

A refund of R500 has been outstanding for nearly a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, it has still not been processed.

While responses have been polite, there has been no meaningful action or accountability. I have repeatedly been told that the matter will be followed up, yet there has been no resolution or clear commitment to a payment date.

At this stage, the lack of urgency and follow-through is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. It is both frustrating and disrespectful to be kept waiting this long for a straightforward refund.

I expect this matter to be resolved immediately without any further delays.
