Good day, I refer to the email below, which I previously forwarded to Reset Technology, regarding the continued deductions from my salary despite the account having been settled. It is concerning that a deduction was processed again in my April payslip, as was the case in March. Although the March amount was eventually refunded after I raised the issue, the deduction has unfortunately reoccurred at the end of April. To date, I have not received any response to my correspondence. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and the repeated deductions raise serious concerns. I hereby request a written response addressing this matter on or before 20 April 2026. Should I not receive feedback by this date, I will have no option but to escalate the matter to the Magistrate’s Court in Pretoria. I had budgeted for the R4,500 deducted, and it is deeply frustrating that the debit order was not stopped as previously indicated. I will also be lodging a complaint regarding the poor service I have received on HelloPeter. For your reference, Itumeleng Motsepe previously confirmed that a note had been made to cancel the debit order.
