I am very unhappy with this company honestly, I have requested my refund weeks back upto now I haven't received it and only been given the same reason with no progress,this is heartbreaking while all their loan was paid up in full, and even when u call u will be told they will call back and they never did

I would like to lodge a complaint .. I settled their loan last month .. this month they deducted on my persal they don't want to refund me. I called they said I will get money on the 22nd till today.

Good day, I refer to the email below, which I previously forwarded to Reset Technology, regarding the continued deductions from my salary despite the account having been settled. It is concerning that a deduction was processed again in my April payslip, as was the case in March. Although the March amount was eventually refunded after I raised the issue, the deduction has unfortunately reoccurred at the end of April. To date, I have not received any response to my correspondence. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and the repeated deductions raise serious concerns. I hereby request a written response addressing this matter on or before 20 April 2026. Should I not receive feedback by this date, I will have no option but to escalate the matter to the Magistrate’s Court in Pretoria. I had budgeted for the R4,500 deducted, and it is deeply frustrating that the debit order was not stopped as previously indicated. I will also be lodging a complaint regarding the poor service I have received on HelloPeter. For your reference, Itumeleng Motsepe previously confirmed that a note had been made to cancel the debit order. I have also copied the following individuals in my correspondence: * Gugu Mdluli * Zanele Skhosana * Itumeleng Motsepe * [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) I trust that this matter will now receive urgent attention.
