Reset Resolutions technology – Settlement Letter Delay

I’ve been trying to obtain a settlement letter from Reset Solutions but the process has stalled. The company stated that their system is currently experiencing a technical problem and cannot generate or release the letter at this time. Off which I don't believe it's true. A lot of people has been complaining about this since January. One of them even said she had to threaten them and then within 30 minutes she got her settlement letter.

A settlement letter is important because it’s the formal confirmation of how much I need to pay for them to close the account . Without it, I can not move on with my life which leaves me in a vulnerable position because other settlement letter from other creditors will expire, while I'm waiting for them.

They are not even replying to my emails. I had to call them to hear this story

For anyone who is thinking of using their service I would advise to look the other way not reset. They are exhausting shame. I have no interest in dealing with them again. I will definitely ask for help from either OMBUDSMAN OR NCR.
